I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while, for a pretty idiosyncratic reason.
I know that I watched Columbo back in the ’70s, but I couldn’t remember any specific plot elements of any of the episodes — except this one. I remembered the killer dogs, and how Columbo solved the case.
I’m curious to know if the location used for the exterior of Mason’s home was actually the home previously owned by silent film star Theda Bara (as Mason explained to Columbo). Also love that this Columbo has one of the darkest soundtracks in the series (along with, perhaps, ‘Make Me A Perfect Murder’).
