Ever since taking over the Lion's Club after the accidental hanging death of McCleary, he's done his level best to make sure they're thought of as being idiotic as possible. There's a <B>very specific</B> piece of regulation on the books about non-Lent-related fish-frying by nonprofit and community groups and he's ignoring it to try to drum up some publicity, just like the infamous "Christmas In July" incident last September.
